Extended hours

Rendcomb Surgery will be open for pre-booked appointments during the following hours:

Monday evening, 6:30pm to 8pm (nurse clinic)

Thursday evening, 6:30pm to 7pm (phone advice)

Please be aware that the dispensary will be closed and all phone calls will be diverted to the out of hours service.

Improved access service

The following practices are participating in a pilot scheme to offer seven day access for a GP appointment across the South Cotswolds.

This means appointments may be offered at the following locations outside normal working hours. These appointments can be booked through the practice.

• Hilary Cottage Surgery
• Phoenix Health Group (Phoenix Surgery and Romney House, Tetbury)
• Rendcomb Surgery
• Upper Thames Medical Group (Park Surgery and Lechlade)

These appointments are pre-bookable, but please note there is no phone access to the surgery after 6:30pm, Monday to Friday or at weekends when the countywide out of hours service takes over.

If you need help when we are closed

We employ a medical answering service to take your emergency call and put you in touch with the duty doctor.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.

NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
