On-site Dispensary

Rendcomb Surgery offers an on-site dispensing service. From here, we can dispense medication to the majority of our patients who live more than one mile from a chemist.

Repeat Prescriptions

You can order your repeat medication in the following ways:

• Online
• Repeat Slip – Tick the boxes of the medication you require on the green slip that you receive with your repeat medication and either post or put in the box at the dispensary hatch.
• Medication Request Form – Available at the dispensary hatch, just post it in the box.

Repeat prescriptions for regular medication can be obtained without seeing the doctors, providing it has been agreed by them.

When you collect your medication, you will be given a printout of your regular repeat prescriptions to assist you when re-ordering. Please retain this list for future orders.

We require three working days notice for repeat medication, as we only hold limited stocks on our shelves and usually have to order for delivery the following day.

Patients Who Collect Medication At The Practice

Our new and long-awaited dispensary will be open from Monday 28th March.

When collecting prescriptions please use the new entrance to the right of the building.

There is also an internal door from the main building for those who have seen the doctor and need to collect urgent medication.
